| Since 1987, Rafael Photography has
been capturing the images that convey the emotions of love all over
Orange County. The purpose of Rafael Photography is to capture your
love story by creating beautiful, romantic and joyful photographs
which truly express the emotions of your special day. This award-winning photography studio began in a modest two-bedroom apartment in downtown Huntington Beach over ten years ago. Rafael and Debbie Guajardo were newlyweds themselves when they launched out into the wedding photography business. The family and the studio moved in 1995 to the community of Rancho Santa Margarita, located in south Orange County. Now, twelve years later, Rafael and Debbie, along with their three daughters, have built their wedding photography business with hard work, integrity, and professional service. A native Southern Californian, Rafael has always had a passion to create and make things beautiful. His interest as a wedding photographer began in 1986 when he became an assistant to one of the premiere wedding photographers of that era. It was during this time that he developed his technical expertise and where he refined the “disciplines of wedding photography.” Rafael has welcomed the digital age with optimism and excitement. From new magazine style photo albums to beautiful “slide show” presentations, Rafael has experienced a “renaissance” in his own photographic profession. In addition to wedding photography, Rafael has a flair for fashion photography as well as candid photojournalism. He has also been recognized for his photographic paintings which are impressionistic, one-of-a-kind originals, Above and beyond his technical and creative skills, Rafael enjoys working with people.
